That was a scream! Filmed in Foodyland Hills? Yes, I think it's not unlike Foodyland and these characters definitely resemble the neighbours, especially the chicken and the flamingo.
I've no idea where it really was.

Yea! for Singing Chicken. That was hysterical. These days, most of America is frozen solid!!
