Scientists have discovered that eggs produce proteins that mimic the action of blood pressure-lowering drugs.
And fried eggs are especially beneficial
Researchers, from the University of Alberta in Canada, showed that when eggs come in contact with stomach enzymes they produce a protein that acts in the same way as prescription only Ace inhibitors.
It comes just days after nutritionists concluded that the type of cholesterol found in eggs has minimal effect on raising heart disease risks.
Until just a few years ago the British Heart Foundation advised people to eat no more than three eggs a week.
But the British Nutrition Foundation concluded that it is healthy to go to work on an egg.

It's true.
I am gradually going back to eating foods my parent eat, and my grandparents eat. I'm also trying to avoid processed food and food with too many chemicals in it.
